2008 Best of the Best Award

Yesterday, during Verizon Wireless’ annual “Kick Off” celebration for 2009 I got a bit of a surprise. Team Clegg mostly sat together in the middle of the room when just before the video presentation, Ruth, Dawn, Lucas and I were called up to the front of the room and given special V.I.P. seating. After the video played we were asked to stand up and face the room as they announced that we were the top 10% performers for LNP. We were then escorted out of the room and presented trophies and given special access to a room full of goodies… cakes, cookies, pastries, etc. After which we returned to the festivities and got a couple of pieces of pizza and a pretzel… I had to call Gregg to tell him not to bother with cooking dinner as I was completely stuffed and remained so for most of the night.
