1 ½ C (1 can) Pumpkin
1 C Brown Sugar, firmly packed
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
2 T molasses
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 C Evaporated Milk
Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 1 unbaked pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center if the pie comes out clean.

Looks yummy. I do love pumpkin pie especially in the fall. :)
Both my Mom and I agree, this is not your average pumpkin pie. It's the molasses that makes the difference. This is the ONLY pumpkin pie recipie either of us makes.
