Okay, after weeks and months of putting it off I finally rolled up my sleaves on Saturday and finished painting the living room. Well, to be more specific, the back wall. It took all of Saturday night & three coats of paint, but at last it is done. Though admittedly, it would have gone faster had I not spilled 1/6 of a gallon of paint on the carpet and had to break out the steam cleaner... you'll notice the carpet underneath and behind Gregg's chair now has a nice red tint to it... oh well... replacing the carpet was next on the adgenda anyway.
